2024 NM Social Drivers of Health Collaborative Learning Circle

New Mexico Social Drivers of Health Collaborative members will gather in-person for a meeting centered on sharing knowledge, experiences, and resources to form a strategic vision for the Collaborative. This process is guided by the current priorities stated by Collaborative members as they relate to addressing Social Drivers of Health in New Mexico. Within this registration form, please designate the objectives you would like to see emphasized in the upcoming meeting. Based on the input, the Steering Committee will support in creating an agenda to best address the most favored objectives through engaging interactive sessions.

NMSDOH-C Presents at Communities Joined in Action Conference

Leigh Caswell and Danielle Lucero presented on Social Drivers of Health at the 2024 New Mexico Communities Joined in Action Conference. Leigh is a Steering Committee member and VP of Community and Health Equity with Presbyterian Healthcare Services, and Danielle is the Senior Program Manager leading the Presbyterian Healthcare Services Social Drivers of Health Collaborative.
